Message from the Principal

        Troy Clark, Principal
Enderly Heights Elementary School

I am very excited to welcome all students and parents to the Enderly Heights family. I was born and raised in Buena Vista and I attended Enderly Heights Elementary. I am a 1983 Graduate of Parry McCluer High School, a 1988 graduate of Virginia Military Institute with a BA in History, and I earned my Master's of Administration & Supervision K-12 from the University of Virginia .

I have a passion for education and working with teachers to provide a safe, collaborative, caring, and continuously improving learning environment for our students. I am blessed to be able to serve and give back to the community that has given so much to me. I have always followed a philosophy of Teamwork, on the field and in the classroom.  I feel that my philosophy for school leadership is based on promoting teamwork and a positive learning environment. These values can best be described through this quote from Henry Ford:

                                                  "Coming Together is a Beginning;
                             Keeping Together is Progress;
                             Working Together is Success."

I am excited to announce that Enderly Heights Elementary School is FULLY ACCREDITED for the 2018-2019 school year! Thanks to all students, teachers, support staff and parents for all of your hard work!

Enderly Heights Elementary School will ensure a safe, collaborative, caring, and continuously improving learning environment so that all students leave the 5th grade with the academic, social, and personal skills needed to successfully participate in secondary and higher education.
